massages du Dien Chan

Introduction

Prevention • Video • Origins

To maintain health and youth, practise the 12 Dien Chan massages each morning. In just a few minutes, these simple gestures stimulate your natural self-regulation process and prevent many common ailments.

Inspired by Tai Chi exercises, these massages draw their meaning from Dien Chan reflex diagrams: each zone of the face corresponds to specific organs, and stimulating them each morning means maintaining your entire body thoroughly. Each exercise should be repeated thirty times, energetically enough to feel heat and Qi circulating.

Verify their effects yourself by practising them seriously during the first three weeks. Afterwards, depending on your age and physical condition, choose those most suited to your daily routine.

• In winter or in case of fatigue, choose massage nº7: it strengthens defences and protects in particular the ENT sphere.
• For intestinal transit disorders, massage nº4 is remarkably effective.

Propose and teach these 12 massages to your patients and friends. They have changed the lives of many people by helping their bodies regain natural vitality. To help you teach and share them, we offer an illustrated PDF document and a demonstration video.
