Massage nº7

The throat and blood pressure

Form a «V» with the index and middle finger of each hand.
Position the two fingers to frame the ear: one finger in front of the lobe, the other behind.
Rub vigorously from top to bottom on both ears simultaneously, feeling the friction develop along the crow's feet.

Heat should spread rapidly on the sides of the face and behind the ears.
Continue until you clearly feel this heat, approximately 30 back-and-forth movements per ear.

Effects

This massage is particularly valuable in winter.
It warms the throat, energetically massages the back and acts on the eyes and tongue via their reflex zones.

It regulates blood pressure and combats neck wrinkles.
It is also one of the most effective against colds, sinusitis and seasonal rhinitis.
